专利说明:
This application claims the priority benefit of Chinese Patent Application No. 201110296326.X entitled “Bogie for Rail Vehicle and RAIL VEHICLE” and filed with the Intellectual Property Office on September 27, 2011, which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety. FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to rail car structure technology, and particularly to a rail car bogie and a rail car. TECHNICAL STATUS A rail car used as a wheel-rail means of transport generally includes a car body, a bogie and braking equipment. The bogie serves to support the car body, to guide the wagon to move along rails, and support various loads coming from the car body and rails. The most common bogie for the rail car includes a cross member, two side frames, two sets of wheels, a spring vibration damper and braking equipment. In general, an increase in the wagon load capacity is basically achieved in two ways: one is to increase the axle load; and the other is to decrease the tare. Currently, due to the limitation of rails and bridges, axle load has been substantially increased to the limit, and it is difficult to increase it any further. Therefore, the effective carrying capacity is generally increased by decreasing the tare, thereby increasing the total carrying capacity. However, the bogie has a low anti-diamond stiffness and a low critical speed. There are many improved solutions to the disadvantages of such a bogie. An improved bogie is implemented by additionally providing elastic crisscross bars between the side frames, thereby increasing the anti-slip capability between the two side frames and the anti-diamond stiffness of the bogie. Currently, in actual application, the criss-cross bars may be arranged below the lane to form a lower criss-cross bogie, or they may be arranged to pass through the lane to form a central criss-cross bogie. The central crossbogie bogie is widely used due to its good safety performance and little influence on the braking equipment. Chinese Patent ZL 200620112243.5 (Publication No. CN2910705Y) discloses a bogie for railway wagon. As shown in figs. 1 to 3, this bogie is a central criss-cross bogie including wheel sets 1, side frames 2, a cross member 3 and a criss-cross device. The crisscross bars 4 are crossed in an "X" and pass through a predefined hole in the crossmember 3. The two ends of each of the crisscross bars 4 are elastically connected to the two side frames 2, so as to form an interlocking mechanism. four bars. The two ends of each of the side frames 2 are supported on the wheel assemblies 1 by rubber for axle housing and bearing adapter. The anti-diamond stiffness of the bogie is improved by providing a pair of crisscross bars 4 between the two side frames 2, thus improving the wagon's dynamic performance. The two criss-cross bars 4 of the central criss-cross bogie pass through the predefined hole of the crossmember 3. The two ends of each of the criss-cross bars 4 are elastically connected to the support seats 5 on the side frames 2 respectively. As shown in figs. 1 and 3, in order to enable the crisscross bars 4 to be connected to the side frames 2, a support seat 5 is welded below each triangular hole 6 outside the side frame 2. This support seat 5 includes a connecting pin 51 , a seat plate 52 and a reinforcement plate 53. The crisscross bars 4 pass through the triangular hole 6, mounted on the connecting stud 51, and are then secured with a locknut, thus being elastically connected to the seat of support 5. In the support seat above, the connections between the connecting pin 51 and the seat plate 52, between the seat plate 52 and the reinforcing plate 53, and between the support seat 5 and the side frame 2 are obtained by welding. A structure like this has the following drawbacks: (1) Low structural strength: Due to welding, the fatigue strength of a weld bead is itself lower than that of the metal body. Furthermore, the space for mounting the support seat 5 is limited, resulting in limiting the length of the seat plate 52 and the height of the gusset plate 53. As a result, the structural strength between the support seat 5 and the side frame 2 is smaller. (2) Large structural pre-tension: Connections between several members are achieved by welding, so that there are many weld beads being compressed and crossed, causing a large structural pre-stress. In use, an external force is added to the pre-stress, leading to greater local strain. (3) Unstable bogie performance: Due to the welding operation, the quality of the weld beads cannot be easily assured, and the connecting bolt 51 cannot be positioned accurately. Thus, after the crisscross bars 4 are assembled, the two side structures 2 are not in a desired rectangular shape, i.e. the bogie is not positioned correctly, which is prone to cause non-uniform wear of wheels of the same bogie. (4) Low strength of side structure: Due to the fact that each support seat 5 is arranged outside the side frame 2, the crisscross bars 4 need to pass through each triangular hole 6 in the side frame 2. Therefore, the lower arch radius of each triangular hole 6 cannot be designed to be very small, so as to avoid interference with the crisscross bars 4. Therefore, the strength of the side frames 2 is increased. (5) Low bogie anti-diamond stiffness: Due to the fact that the support seats 5 are arranged outside the side frames 2, the crisscross bars 4 are relatively long, thus reducing the critical anti-pressure destabilizing force of the crisscross bars 4. Therefore, the anti-diamond stiffness of the bogie is indirectly decreased . (6) Large occupied space: Due to the presence of the support seats 5, the overall width of the bogie is increased. Bogie design becomes more difficult for some wagons with a narrower gauge. (7) Great assembly difficulty: When the crisscross bars 4 are assembled, it is necessary to ensure the distance between the crisscross bars 4 and the bottom face of the connecting bolt 51, and to ensure a certain moment of force generated from the locknut above the crisscross bars 4, which is difficult. As a result, the assembly difficulty is great. (8) Inconvenient maintenance: Due to the fact that the connecting pin 51 is welded onto the seat plate 52 and the seat plate 52 is welded onto the side frame 2, it is inconvenient to replace the connecting pin 51 when the connecting pin 51 is worn or its thread is damaged. Obviously, the described embodiments consist of a part and not all of the embodiments of the present invention. Fig. 4 is a structural front view of a bogie for a rail car in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 5 is a top view of the rail car bogie of fig. 4; fig. 6 is a partially enlarged view of a bogie for a rail car in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention; and fig. 7 is a schematic view of a cavity in a bogie for a rail car according to one embodiment of the present invention. A rail car bogie is provided in one embodiment of the present invention, which includes wheel sets 1, side frames 2 provided with triangular holes 6, a cross member 3 provided with a predefined hole in its body, and crossbars 4. Cavities 7 are formed within the respective sideframes 2, and are symmetrical about the center of the sideframes 2. As shown in Figs. 4 to 7, cavity 7 is located below triangular hole 6; a connecting seat 8 is provided in cavity 7; a vertical mounting hole 81 is provided in the middle portion of the connecting seat 8; the crossbar 4 is elastically connected to the connecting seat 8 through the mounting hole 81. Comparison is made between the present invention and the prior art. As shown in figs. 1 and 3, of the prior art, since there is limited space in the support seat 5, dimensions such as the length of a seat plate 52 and the height of a gusset plate 53 cannot be too large, of so that the structural strength between the support seat 5 and the side frame 2 is relatively low. The railway wagon bogie according to the embodiment of the invention has no welded structure, and there is no need to consider the effect of welding materials on stressed components, so that the railway wagon bogie can be constructed of materials with a higher strength. high, thereby increasing the strength of the bogie. Furthermore, in the bogie for railway wagon according to the embodiment of the invention, a hole is drilled or countersunk only in the connecting seat 8 provided in the cavity 7 of the side frame 2, and its dimension and mounting position thus can be easily secured . Therefore, the position of the crisscross device is precise, and the two side frames 2 can be in the desired rectangular shape. That is, the bogie is accurately held in place to prevent uneven wear of wheels on the same bogie. Furthermore, compared to the prior art, where the support seat 5 is provided outside the side frame 2, in the present invention, the connecting seat 8 is provided in the cavity 7 formed inside the side frame 2, so that the bar crisscross 4 has a shorter length and thus has an increased anti-pressure destabilizing critical force, thereby increasing the anti-diamond stiffness of the bogie. As shown in figs. 6 and 7, the connecting seat 8 is provided in the cavity 7 below the triangular hole 6 of the side frame 2. Preferably, the connecting seat 8 and the side frame 2 can be integrally formed by casting, thereby overcoming weakness of prior art strength due to the fact that the components are connected by welding. The specific shape of connection seat 8 is not limited here. For example, the connecting seat 8 can be configured in a hollow cylindrical shape, and the circular hole in the middle portion of the connecting seat 8 serves as the mounting hole 81. Specifically, the connecting seat 8 is disposed in the cavity 7. The top of the connecting seat 8 and the side frame 2 are formed in one piece by casting. The bottom of the connecting seat 8 may be of a suspended cylindrical structure, and may extend outwardly from the bottom of the cavity 7 to receive a positioning piece. In current machining process, a hole having a diameter smaller than that of the mounting hole 81 can be precast, and then finished by drilling or countersinking, in order to achieve the desired dimensional accuracy and surface finish. Fig. 8 is an exploded partially sectional view of a bogie for a rail car in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. Based on the above embodiments, it is preferable that the bogie is provided with a positioning pin 9. One end of the positioning pin 9 is provided with a step that meets the bottom face of the mounting hole 81, and the other end of the positioning pin 9 is provided with a thread which fits into a locknut 10 so that the crossbars 4 are pressed against the side frame 2. The prior art connecting pin is replaced by the positioning pin 9. Positioning pin 9 is worn or its thread is damaged, it is convenient to carry out disassembly and replacement. Furthermore, each end of the crisscross bar 4 is provided with a positioning hole. An elastic bushing 11 with an internal hole is provided inside the positioning hole. The inner hole of the elastic bushing 11 is fitted to the positioning pin 9. In an actual application, the top and bottom surfaces of the connecting seat 8 are smooth surfaces. The crisscross bar 4 is placed on the upper surface of the connecting seat 8. The elastic bush 11 is disposed within each positioning hole of the ends of the crisscross bar 4. The positioning pin 9 passes through the mounting hole 81 and the hole of the crisscross bar 4. elastic bushing on the crisscross bar 4 from bottom to top. The locknut 10 is mounted to the threaded end of the positioning pin 9, thus connecting the crisscross bar 4 with the elastic bush 11. The elastic bush 11 functions to create a certain elasticity between the crisscross bar 4 and the side frame 2 of so as to alleviate an impact force. It is important to appreciate that if the provided triangular hole 6 is relatively large, the positioning pin 9 can pass through the mounting hole 81 from the top to the bottom, and the locknut 10 can be disposed at the lower end of the positioning pin. 9 during specific assembly. For the above structure, the positioning pin 9 will not be lost, even in the event of the nut being lost, thereby ensuring that the crisscross device will not fail. A rail car is also provided in an embodiment of the present invention which includes a car chassis and a bogie connected to the car chassis. The bogie is the rail car bogie according to any one of the embodiments of the present invention. For the rail car bogie and the rail car according to embodiments of the present invention, the connecting seat is provided in the cavity of the side frame and is elastically connected to the crossbar, which can overcome various prior art defects due to welding. , shortening the length of the crisscross bar, and increasing the structural strength and anti-diamond stiffness of the bogie. In another aspect of the present invention, a rail vehicle bogie is provided, including wheel sets 1, side frames 2 provided with through holes 6, a cross member 3 provided with a preset hole, and crisscross bars 4. As shown in Figs. 6 and 7, a cavity 7 is formed within the side frame 2, and is defined by the outer contour of the side frame 2. A connecting seat 8 is provided in the cavity 7. In the example shown in fig. 6, the connecting seat 8 is located below the through hole 6. However, it is important to understand that the connecting seat 8 can be located in any suitable position in the cavity 7, provided the crossbar 4 can be connected to the frame. side 2. A mounting hole can be provided in the connecting seat 8, and the crossbar can be connected to the connecting seat 8 through the mounting hole and thus connected to the side frame 2. Alternatively, connecting pieces well known in the art can also be provided on the connecting seat 8, so as to connect the crossbar 4 to the side frame 2. Of course, the rail vehicle bogie in the aspect of the present invention may incorporate some of the above embodiments or features for the rail car bogie, which will not be described in detail. It is important to note that the above embodiments only illustrate the technical solutions of the invention in an exemplary form, and are not intended to limit the present invention. Thus, it is important that it be appreciated by those skilled in the art that many improvements and modifications can be made to the invention without departing from the scope of the present invention, which is defined by the appended claims.
